If you are mounting to your existing Accessory Pole, absolutely not. The Ultra-lite sets up easily and attaches with a special clamping mechanism. A set of Allen wrenches is all you will need. If you purchase the wall or ceiling mount, you may need the assistance of a qualified general handyman.
