Does the UK have a better higher education system than America?

False. US and UK degrees are considered equivalent. Both higher ed systems are extremely prestigious. However… internationally, I’d give the edge to universities in the US, overall. And if we’re talking anything related to business, science or tech, the US wins, hands down. But it’s not really something I’d have a fight over, because people from all over the globe consider a US university education, *and* a UK uni education, extremely desirable. But a US university education is so prestigious that in some countries, it doesn’t matter *which* US university a student attends, so long as it’s in the US. To push the point a bit further, US university students get into UK post-grad programs all the time, without issue. UK students get into US post-grad programs as well. A student having been educated in the UK gives them no advantage in terms of US admission. A student having been educated in the US does not hurt them in terms of UK admission. The degrees are considered equivalent. A 3.
