The uGenius system provides financial institutions the ability to provide their customers remote access to personal services and as such the uGenius system does not currently support any self-service ATM style functionality. However, uGenius believes that it is important to enable customer choice when it comes to facilitating remote transactions and uGenius is currently developing a machine application that will work in tandem with ATM functionality. This new machine application platform will enable both ATM and Video Banking transactions to be conducted on the same uGenius certified and XFS compatible banking machines.
