Does the TTSC provide hardware repair support?
The Teacher Technology Support Center is not authorized to provide hardware repairs or replacements. Teachers or other school staff may contact their onsite Technology Liaison (TLC). TLCʼs may contact the ETS Service Desk at (754) 321-0411, option 1 then choose option 2. 7. Does the TTSC provide direct support to students? Although providing direct support to students does not fall within the scope of the Teacher Technology Support Center, we may assist teachers in their classrooms by providing application support as they teach their students.
