Does the Travel Quarters By Owner reservation system let people know if a property is not available?
Yes!! The Travel Quarters By Owner on-line real time reservation system checks the current reservation schedule for every reservation to see if there is availability for a guests visit. A guest may also check your availability calendar that displays the next 12 months of availability. If you do not wish to display your availability calendar, you, the owner, can disable it in the Units Sub-Menu in the Unit Information page. If a property is not available, alternate properties may be suggested based on the owners recommendation. Alternate properties should be similar in size and price and provide an opportunity to direct a reservation to another of your properties or the property of another owner whom you have exchanged reservations with. To select alternate properties go to the Units Sub-Menu in the Alternate Units page.
