Does the transfer between Plan Droppers and Plan Seekers have geographic restrictions?
No. Plan Dropper and Plan Seeker can be anywhere country and they can still participate in the transfer process. Please note that some cell phone plans are only available in certain geographic locations, however, when a Plan Seeker takes over the contract, he or she can then change their package if necessary. There will be no surprises as the service provider will disclose this before the actual transfer is complete.
