Does the Town of Munster provide leaf pickup?
A.The Street Department collects leaves for approximately 6-7 weeks (mid October to late November) in the fall and 1-2 weeks in the spring, depending on demand. There is no charge for residents and the service is available to single and multi-family units. There are no specific days when the street department will vaccum your leaves. The street department begins at the north end of Town and works their way south. The leaf vacs will pass your home once every two weeks.
