The city has a joint use agreement with LISD, more information about this agreement would be public record. In addition, The joint use agreement does not include weekend play, NTBA also pays for gym supervisors that are LISD employees and Custodians on weekends, and Janitors. NTBA contracts with schools and churches for the use of gym facilities on weekdays and weekends.
