Does the Torrance Library have books from my childs school summer reading list?
Many of the Torrance Unified School District’s schools have a summer reading requirement. The Torrance Public Library supports the schools, teachers, students, and parents/caregivers by purchasing and cataloging copies of these titles. Visit the Library’s online catalog at http://www.library.torranceca.gov/ and use a key word search with your child’s school name, grade level, and year (i.e., Torrance Unified School District fifth grade 2010, Madrona Middle School seventh grade 2010, Torrance High sophomore 2010) to find what books are on the list and where they are available.
