Yes. Toolkit 2004 and ProTracts share the same User Permissions. If an office or county is added to one program of the programs (e.g., Toolkit), that same office or county is made available in the other program. Likewise, removing permissions for a site removes the permissions for both programs. Do not remove an office or county from the User’s Office Permission or User’s County Permission unless neither program requires permissions for that office or county.
