Yes, as of JTOpen 6.1. Existing programs will not need to change. However, in order to take advantage of the new JDBC 4.0 features, your program must be compiled and run using JDK 1.6 (Java 6) or higher, and you must use the JDBC 4.0 version of the Toolbox jar file.
