• Yes, to the extent that the additional weekly benefit contributes to your first $2,400 in unemployment benefits. Once you have received $2,400 in unemployment benefits – whether regular, EUC08 or supplemental benefits, the remainder of your unemployment benefits received in 2009 will be taxed as usual.
