Does the survey reflect subjective opinions rather than the reality?
The survey is based on self-reported working conditions and one has to accept that workers are knowledgeable about their own working conditions. The survey does not ask respondents about their views but simply to report on their work. On many issues this reporting can describe very precisely the reality (i.e. hours worked, night work, etc.).
