No, we can ship wine gift baskets to recipients 21 years and older living in: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV, WI, WY; wine baskets containing Little Lakes, Windwhistle Grove, Briar Creek, Steeplechase and Talaria Vineyards may also be shipped to GA, NY, VA and WA. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate commerce but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws. It is up to each state’s legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. This will take some time.
