Yes. The Stylus 810s Macro mode has an operating range of 11.8 to infinity (wide) and 19.7 to infinity (telephoto). This means you can shoot a subject as near as 11.8 (300mm) when the zoom is set to Wide Angle and as near as 19.7 (500mm) away when the zoom is set to Telephoto. To use Macro mode, set the mode dial to any shooting mode except GUIDE, and then press the Left arrow on the arrow pad. Use the Up and Down arrows to select the Macro icon (flower), and then press the OK/FUNC button to activate the setting. The Macro icon will be displayed on the LCD to indicate that Macro mode is active.
