Store and Forward is used by Ariel to circumvent firewall related issues encountered by some libraries. Email delivery can also be used as a way to send documents to requesters that have firewall restrictions. Three email delivery methods are available and each of these is supported by Relais Express: i) Email to Ariel ii) Email with post to web delivery of the document iii) Email with document as an attachment Relais Express can receive documents sent from a Store and Forward station.
