Does the stated price of homes completed include appliances?
Some appliances are included but the determining factors are the stage of completion of the home, and the needs of the purchaser. Generally, there will be an allowance made (and included) in the price for a specified range, dishwasher, cooking range, & trash compactor. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, and special appliances will be discussed and negotiated or provided by client at the time of sale.
