Does the state of Massachusetts ban roadside memorials?
Massachusetts bans everything from happy hour to trans-fat. Dog racing, smoking, chocolate in school, etc. In other words, anything FUN. However, I am unaware of any law that bans you from creating a pile of trash and garbage in someone’s neighborhood where someone died. I freggin hate roadside memorials and wish they were banned.
