A. TKT Payroll laser-printed forms W-2 Copy A and W-3 have been approved by the Social Security Administration (SSA). Test print the forms for employee number 1 for proper alignment. The W-2 Copy A and W-3 forms top, left and right margins must be inch (This alignment and using a laser printer are required for the Forms W-2 Copy A and W-3 which are sent to the Social Security Administration). These requirements do not apply to the other copies of Form W-2.
