Does the SRF have funding implications?
No. It is a blueprint for strategic working and improvement across all of the agencies who work in the area, and is not asking for funding. The SRF is a very practical plan to target existing resources and change the way all of the different organisations who work in the area do things. If successful, the SRF will result in the host boroughs area becoming a net contributor to the UK economy.
