No, the entry fee covers the cost of the car, rocket engines and supplies used. The participants must cover this cost. They are separate because the sponsorship is a donation to the Youth Mission Fund. The team members may have someone pay their entry fee; however, this is not considered a “sponsorship” and thus is not a donation.
