Does the sponsoring employer have to cover the nominee’s relocation costs?

0

Employers who wish to nominate an overseas skilled worker under RSMS to fill a vacancy in their business are not obliged to cover the nominee’s visa and relocation costs. Some employers may do this as a gesture of good will, but there is currently no legislative requirement for employers to do so. Subclass 119 visa holders, however, qualify for some of the On Arrival Services offered by Immigration SA.
