Does the special k challenge work?
Yes. This diet will work temporarily, not permanently. You have to be sincerely motivated towards this kind of diet though. Eating two bowls of cornflakes for two weeks can be exhausting and dreary. You should snack on fresh fruit and nuts between meal times. Have a bowl of cereal first thing in the morning and one before 6PM. Do not simply depend on cereal itself, but have two meals during the day. Pasta, fish, and salads fill you up moderately. One disadvantage of doing this diet is that you will gain weight again after you go back to your normal eating habits. It’s best to avoid greasy food and eat wholesome meals.
