Does the spa offer artificial nails?
No. However, our nail technicians can still give you a fantastic manicure! I’d like to have waxing done. How long should my hair be? It is best that the hair be 1/8 to ¼ inches long for optimum results. If I’d like to leave a gratuity for the staff member that served me, how should I do this, and what is an acceptable amount? Leaving a gratuity is not required. However, doing so lets your staff member know that you truly enjoyed your service, and appreciated their exceptional personal attention. It is acceptable to give the gratuity directly to your staff member, add it to your bill when you check out, or leave it with the |receptionist to put in the staff member’s gratuity envelope. Generally, guests will leave 15-20% of their service cost as gratuity. Are group rates available? Yes. We often provide special discounts to groups.
