Does the solution require special hardware?
No. Our goal is to have the WellDoc solution accessible to our users on the hardware and the systems that they are currently using in their everyday life and workflow. The mobile-based patient application will be available on more than 200 commercially available phone models and on all major cellular networks in the United States and elsewhere. Additionally, patients can use the medical devices (e.g., blood glucose meters, blood pressure cuffs, etc.) that they already have in conjunction with their cell phone or web portal. Integration into clinicians existing EMR or other population management tool is also possible.
