Does the software prevent coaches of multiple teams from being scheduled for more than one game at the same time?
Yes, Splendid City can track your player/participants, and if the software finds a conflict, it will attempt to resolve this automatically for you. You’ll need to specify the common coaches as game participants in the teams’ roster. Then it will be tracked within each schedule. (as well across schedules provided you have your SC Options/Preferences –> Scheduling –> Conflicts & Constraints –> ‘Auto Conflict Resolution’ parameter set to ‘global’ …) Remember, the scheduler tracks the ‘name’ of the player/participants so they should be identical in the different team rosters that they coach. You can enforce this simply by importing them from the player pool within the roster panel. So in other words, if you enter a coach in one roster, you can import this same coach name from the player pool in subsequent rosters.
