Does the software handle maintenance items with an associated warranty?
Yes. The Warranty Factor on the Prices and Frequencies Menu allows the Life Care Planner to have a cost per year associated with items having a warranty that covers costs for defined time spans. For example, a wheelchair replaced every 3 years with a one year warranty that covers maintenance during the warranty period would have a cost per year in the Life Care Plan of 2/3 the normal yearly cost. Entering these variables in automatically calculates the costs.
