Does The Sloan School provide meals?
The Sloan School provides a hot, nutritious lunch each day, as well as a morning and afternoon snack. The lunch menu will be posted in the office each month and will be provided upon request. You are welcome to send a lunch or snack with your child in a lunch bag with a cold/hot pack to stay in the cubby. Lunches are served family style in your child’s classroom. The morning snack is a nonsweet snack (e.g. pretzels, crackers and cheese) and juice served at 9:00 a.m. The afternoon snack is a cookies and juice served at 3:00 p.m. We also provide breakfast for $0.50 per day. Our cook serves cereal Monday through Thursday and donuts on Friday. If your child will be eating breakfast each morning, you may include $2.50 in your weekly tuition payment.
