Does the site support Vendor Management?
Request for Quote (RFQ) Module allows vendor management. Requisition quote forms can be emailed directly to selected vendors for competitive pricing. Once responses are received, it can also be attached as documents to requisitions for approvers to view. What search options do I have? The following criteria are available allowing users to search requisitions by; Vendor, Department, PO Number, Type of Requisition, Date of creation, Requester Name, Year, Delivery and Payment Status, etc. PurchaseForce also provides search rights, so users can only search for requisitions that are relevant to their security levels and statuses. What reports can I see? Site has a built in comparative report which at a glance provides the snap shot of the state of requisition holistically.
