Does the site coordinator at a charter school send scorable materials to the district, or ship them directly to Educational Data Systems?

Only CELDT district coordinators order materials and return them to Educational Data Systems for scoring. If you have registered with Educational Data Systems as the district coordinator of an independent charter school (by sending in a Superintendent’s Designation Form), you will return scorable test materials directly to Educational Data Systems. If you are a dependent charter (your district ordered materials for your school), then you are considered a site within a district and will return your scorable materials directly to the district office.
