Does the sims 2 patch cure the red flashing walls?
What patch? There are different ones depending what expansion pack you have installed. As for red flashing walls, it’s usually a problem with your video card being able to support the game. Updating your video card to a better one, or updating your graphics drivers and Direct X to the latest versions may have a better effect that installing a Sims 2 patch. To be sure, read the read-me that is posted on the official site and it will list all the fixes that are included for that patch. If it includes better support for your video card, then you will benefit from installing it.
