Does the SignalReference field in the Measurement table need to be unique?
Like device acronyms, signal reference values must be unique (the database definitions should enforce this constraint). The signal reference creates an association between a unique individual signal (i.e., a measurement) and a channel value within a parsed frame of phasor data from a specific PMU.
