Yes, we will negotiate a Forbearance or Modification at your request and you will pay an Approval Success Fee for each loan we negotiate. For example, if you ask us to get a Forbearance on a 1st mortgage and a Short Sale on the 2nd. When we succeed, you will pay two Approval Success Fees.
