Does the SHIP Vision Plan restrict my vision care provider visits to certain vision care providers?
No. Vision care is not available at SHS and a referral is not required to access vision benefits. You may receive services from VSP’s Choice Network of providers. To find a list of VSP providers, students enrolled in SHIP may select a doctor using the VSP website www.vsp.com or calling Member Services at 1-800-877-7195.
