Does the sharing requirement apply to all materials developed as a result of CIRM-Funded Research?

No. The term “Publication-Related Biomedical Materials” is defined in Section 100601, subdivision (dd). Among other qualifications, only materials first produced in the course of CIRM-funded research and described in a published scientific paper come within the scope of the sharing requirement.
