The T-Mobile HotSpot service automatically logs any user out where no activity has been detected in the prior 15 minutes. This is particularly for the benefit of roaming and Pay Per Use customers to avoid running up excessive bills, especially if they do not log out of the service properly. If this occurs, click the “log back in” link if the T-Mobile HotSpot page is still open or type https://hotspot.t-mobile.net/wlan/index.do into your browser.
