Does the Scholarship Committee ever grant exceptions to established policy?
We recognize that students sometimes face unusual and unanticipated challenges. When you believe extenuating circumstances, such as an illness or family emergency, interfere with your ability to comply with scholarship policies, you may request an exception by submitting a petition via e-mail to sch-petitions@byu.edu. Please explain your situation, include your student net ID number, a detailed request, and if needed, provide appropriate documentation.
