No! Running skill only increases your Move rating for ground movement, it does not modify Dodge or improve your initiative or place in the turn sequence. Source: Steve Jackson, Roleplayer #19 (April 1990) Enhanced Move (p. CI54), Super Running (p. CI68), and Cyberlegs (p. UT106) won’t increase Dodge or initiative, either. You need Increased Speed (p CI26) to increase both, or Enhanced Dodge (p. CI24) to increase only your Dodge. Source:Kevin J.
