The Rock Island Police Department provides a rolled ink fingerprint service Monday through Thursday 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to both residents and non-residents of Rock Island. The rolling fee is $16.00 for Rock Island residents and $20.00 for non-residents. Applicants must provide the required fingerprint card and valid photo identification.
