Yes, it does but it is in Chinese. You may access it via the homepage of the Ministry of National Defense. • Does the ROCAF have a museum? Yes, it does. The ROCAF Museum is right next to the ROCAF Academy in Kangshan. Visits on Monday through Saturday are by appointment only, free access on Sunday from 0900 to 1630.
