No, we have found that most people tend to prefer using their own furniture over the low-grade furniture offered by some apartment complexes. Are grills allowed on the patios or decks? Yes. The spacious patios and decks at The Retreat are perfect for grilling, unlike apartments where grills are prohibited by fire code. Furthermore, our decks and patios are much larger than your traditional apartment, making them perfect for entertaining.
