Does the Resort charge a deposit to a credit card upon check-in?
When you check in, the front desk will place a $250 hold on your charge or debit card to cover incidentals (phone calls, gift shop and Spa charges). If you do not charge anything to your room then nothing is actually put onto your card. If you do not have either a charge or debit card, then you will have to provide $250 cash deposit. All hotels in the US do the same upon check in.
