Does the REJ Conference Center have a speaker system?
The REJ Conference Center has one portable audio system which is available during normal business hours 8 a.m. through 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is capable of supporting 10 microphones and has the ability to record a meeting. Microphone setup is limited to a distance no greater than 20 feet from the sound system. Advance notice of one week or more is required for sound system use. When filling out your reservation request, submit your request for the sound system by checking “Audio” under “Special Requests”. The sound system will be set up, adjusted, and taken down by the managing agency. The user is responsible for recording meetings and supplying tapes for recording.
