A The Registered Office needs to be based in either England, Wales or Scotland. It is required that the Registered Office address be a physical address and not a P.O Box unless the P.O Box refers to a postal box in the building you are trading from or living at. Post office P.O Boxes are not accepted for registered office addresses.
