While the Fund does not require applicants to complete a formal application, applicants are strongly encouraged to compete the online letter of inquiry to initiate the application process. The online LOI asks applicants to provide the information that the Fund needs in order to determine whether there is a match between a proposed project and the grantmaking of the RBF. If you are unable to access the online application, or feel more comfortable submitting an application by e-mail or post, see the appropriate guidelines for drafting a letter of inquiry.
