Yes. All buyers of our firearms must pass a firearms background check. Do not order a firearm from CzechPoint if you are uncertain of passing a background check. If a buyer fails to pass a background check, the buyer will pay a 10 % restocking fee to cover the possible costs of a background check and shipping costs to and from dealer.
