Subsequently, the PSC expanded the RPS goal to increase the proportion of renewable electricity consumed by New Yorkers from 25 percent to 30 percent and extended the terminal year of the program from 2013 to 2015. In concluding its mid-course review of the RPS Program, the Commission issued two orders in April 2010 regarding the RPS program.
