No. These decisions are local decisions and are made by the District • How do we maintain the quality of education in these schools and still remain fiscally responsible? We can leave these schools the way they are and still provide a quality program to the students in both. We would continue to provide the program and choices that we provide to students attending schools of similar size in our District. In the matter under discussion we are able to provide a better program at less cost because of the physical proximity of the two buildings and because they have the same grade configuration (Grade 8 12).
