Does the priesthood benefit all of Heavenly Father’s children?
(Discuss ideas.) Even though the priesthood is only bestowed upon worthy male members of the Church, the blessings of the priesthood are available to all. We all benefit from the influence of righteous priesthood leadership, and we all have the privilege of receiving the saving ordinances of the priesthood. Those who do not have faithful priesthood holders in their homes can receive the blessings of the priesthood through their home teachers, priesthood leaders, and extended family members. “The restored Church gives to each home a priesthood holder with the power of God to bless…. We don’t need to go out looking for someone having that power—it is among us!… This is the only church upon the earth which offers such a blessing to families….
