Does the Price Center charge for Common Area Maintenance (CAM) services?
Yes. Tenants are recharged for their share of the CAM services the Price Center provides. CAM expenses represent the reasonable types of expenses you would normally incur if you were operating a stand-alone restaurant with its own seating area and restrooms. For example, CAM expenses include the costs the Price Center incurs to bus tables in the food court, provide trash hauling service for tenants, heat and air condition the common dining area, and clean the restrooms. The Price Center provides a detailed listing of CAM expenses to tenants each year.
